This Privacy Policy applies to all services that are hosted on the Fonelinx website. By accepting the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions in registration, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. If you object to your personal information being transferred or used as described in this Privacy Policy, please do not register for the Fonelinx service.
- Required Information We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit or debit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. Occasionally, we use contact information to send you promotional materials from our company. However, users may opt out of or opt into these promotional e-mail messages at any time.
- Our Use of "Cookies " "A cookie" is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. You must accept cookies to access the site as a registered user. We simply store a cookie that is a unique ID for you that links up to your shopping cart on our site. We do not store any other information in this cookie. Any other site than the one that created the cookie cannot access cookies.

We use an outside credit or debit card processing company to bill users for our services.

When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. Any material changes will be effective only after we provide you by e-mail with at least 30 days notice of the amended Privacy Policy (if your Fonelinx account has been closed, you will not be contacted to notify you of the amended Policy and your personal information will not be used or disclosed in this new manner).
